There are countless myths and beautiful stories associated with the full moon. The first full moon of the Summer Solstice is called the Strong Sun Moon, and we will be celebrating this in the Gallery on July 15th. New Gallery artist Madeline Gallo is a potter and sculptor who often incorporates mythological elements in her abstract creations. Strong Sun Moon is her chance to share her art and imagination with us.
